This is a 2,650 sq. ft. Britespan Building intended for use as a security structure to control airside vehicle access, at the Kelowna International Airport. It was constructed on an engineered single high lock block foundation, and has 2 – rows of clear-view windows, down the sides.

This is the fourth building Northern Silica purchased. This building is insulated with Foil tech technology and also has overhead radiator heating for the cold weather. It also has custom fabric work done to fit around their conveyor belts. It also has two 14 x 14 overhead doors on one end wall and then another one on the other end wall.
